I really really hate headaches... I usually have them frequently in the Fall and Winter, a bit in the Spring, and barely in Summer. I probably have them during those Seasons because I have to wake up early and stuff for school so yeah... And now i have a HUGE headache and i can't sleep. It's to early. It's only 8:34 PM... Dx

What my cousin does is he trys to think about the headache. I know it sounds weird but if you think about it you might end up thinking about something else! =D
