I am not trying to be rude just helpful >.<

1. looks like it has a big oval on the top of the head
2. same thing
3. on the top right side it doesn't go smoothly down it had two jagged edges
4. its very pixaly, and the ponytail has problems that I do (heh heh) too many curves
5. uhm very pixally
6. it looks like you shaved the top of a girls head off and forgot that bottom hair, it need to fade out? if you know what I mean?

You need to work on the shading and lineart. It just looks like you used the mouse as a pencil instead of putting the pixels in carefully. :x

Well, you see.
I use adobe photoshop for hairs, and i use the BRUSH tool instead of the pixel tool. And my hairstyles look much better like that. You should try making a hair with a brush tool instead of a pencil tool.

Well, I use GIMp or Paint.net, and Paint.net's brush tool is basicly watercolors O_O and Gimp I use the lasso select then brush... so um...
