Okay at School i ALWAYS get in a bad mood at the end but when i log on to maple... i go strait to Tina (my very good friend) just telling it to her makes me feel better or just hearing ONE word come from her mouth or just seeing her o-o"

Well siblings are like that. He's just looking for a reaction. If you ignore him, he most likely will get bored and leave. After a week if this doesn't work then tell you mom; ignore him if he calls you a tattletale. Or if he starts to beat you up for something, tell your mom. Or dad, of course.
